I disagree with shprice review. The store has alot to choose from which that part I really like, If you need to exchange, or in our case we bought a $90 felt cloth lady bug rocker for our 7 month old daughter, after we got home we noticed that the stitching was coming apart @ the antenna. We made a phone call and talked to Ms. Audrey herself and she would not work with us what so ever, we didn't want to return it because we really liked the product, but to pay $90 for something we felt that maybe a store credit would compensate some of our cost. After talking with her and the way she talked to me & would not help out any- I will NEVER step foot back into her store again. I can find the same products online & have better customer service.
We are sorry that you were not happy with your product. As I have just discovered this review, 11/27/11, as I remember the item was already discounted at 40%. No additional discount was warrented.
