I use to frequent this location and the one in Harrisburg and have never really had any problems, but now that I KNOW that they will not stand behind their service, (if something were to ever go wrong), thenI don't want to take ANY chances! I WILL NOT use their services and I will tell everyone I know not use their services either!

Full disclosure: if your car is not brand new (not a scratch in sight) then AutoBell will not take responsibility if something happens to your car during a car wash. They will try to discourage you from filing a claim by telling you it will be denied. They do not stand behind their service or their product. I would NOT recommend using this car wash to anyone (not even if it was free).

Having worked in a car wash before and know the ins and outs and have been to other autobells, this place is slow and run by managers that look like they are 18 years old. Talked to one customer who couldn't leave because they lost his keys. I won't come back to this one.
