I love this store-it has great prices and cute home decor. I always like going to the Concord store b/c they are much cleaner and more organized-but they have the worst customer service ever! Every time I have gone to this store and need help finding something I always have to hunt someone down-on one occasion I went there and I spent about 10 mins literally chasing someone down and when I finally find someone-I had to wait for her to find a step ladder to get wat I wanted I literally waited there for about 15 mins ! Get tired of waiting I hunt her down once again and I see her doing something else !!! Ridiculous! On another occasion I was there and asked a lady about the price of an item-and she had the nerve to have an attitude-At this point i was fed up with the poor CS that i was recieving, I went to the Manager and needless to say she had other previous complaints-its hasnt kept me away from their awesome prices but everytime I go-I prepare myself for the bad CS!
