I am so disappointed in Cannon Pharmacy. I have been on the phone all week with people at both the Concord and Kannapolis locations to get my prescription refilled for my daughter. They told me they were waiting for the doctor, when in actuality, the doc prescribed the right amount and I wasn't given it all. Now I'm out of the medication and the only way for me to get it is to drive to Kannapolis tonight to pick it up. It seems like nobody is communicating with one another. In addition to this, the first time I picked up the meds, I was only given the syringes! Not even the meds! I will say that night they did deliver to my house. But I am so frustrated that I can't get this script in a timely manner at a location closer to me. Very unhappy right now.

I will never learn the names of all the employees but they are all so courteous and helpful and go that extra mile to help you. I like their delivery people too, they are friendly and efficient. I have saved a lot of money by switching to Cannon and their pharmacist are so helpful especially David Line. He has bent over backwards to save me money on my prescriptions.

I use to use CVS since they were closer to my home, but after they exhibited such poor customer service, I switched to Cannon Pharmacy. They had messed up two prescriptions and tried to blame the mix-up on my neighbor who had gone to pick my prescriptions up since I had just been discharged from the hospital after emergency surgery. All of the staff at Cannon Pharmacy have been so polite and helpful. I now take all my prescriptions there. You have excellent staff! Thank You!
