Bad reviews are easy to come by. But are not another computer shop we are your computer shop. We are not a big box store we care and take care of you as a customer. At Carolina Computech we offer what no one else does. A 30 day labor warranty. Which means simply if your not happy bring it back and we will make it right. At the end of the day we are here to help and we strive to make everything better. All we want is a happy customer.

The guys are friendly and great at selling you a product, although I will not buy again. We bought two Dell Laptops from Carolina Computech and were not happy with the following:

The extended life battery upgrade we waited on, did not last any longer than the factory battery, not a big deal...Although more importantly, the Microsoft Office package we bought and had installed from here gave us a "not authentic" label on the documents after a period of time. The only answer we received was sorry, it was authentic. Being these computers are used for business we ordered new authentic programs from Amazon. This was important due to creating business documents and not appearing unprofessional. We have taken our computer needs elsewhere, regardless of trying to support the local merchant.
