Honestly Dollar Tree has a great selection of items. But that assistant manager Veronica has a nightmarish attitude..she slams your goods into the bag and don't speak..she's just a ratchet gutter snipe Thot.. That's full of anger..I bought a fragile item that she aggressively slammed into the bag..I said your ripping a piece off of it...she snatched the damaged item out of the bag and shoved it to me after the b I t c h broke it...I started looking for the store manager (David) to let him know how she acted and to replace what she broke but I was told he wasn't there. A customer witnessed what happened and told me she treats all customers like that and she's the rudest cashier/ wanna be manager in Concord.. She needs to be fired. Great customer service should be top priority. But hiring unhappy,no people skills having, crabby skeezers (like Veronica) that hate their job and their life should not work around people..who wants to purchase damaged goods because of an idiot that should stay away from the public..Your behavior is not cute! In case you didn't know...those dollars add up..ask the customers!
