I can't sleep! I spent well over $3000 for a new GS Stearns mattress set (after returning the first $1500 mattress prior to the 21 day period) and I still cannot sleep. My body goes numb and I toss and turn. My neck pain has returned and that brings on the headaches. The mattress in the store felt fine, but the new mattress is way too firm. I know, it needs to be broke in. Well after 1 year after the purchase I still cannot sleep. My husband says he is getting used to it. You should not have to get used to a mattress after one year. I went back to Sleepys and was told to break it in and everything will be fine. Yes, it's my fault for not going back again, but I was just too tired to deal with it any longer. I purchased a Simmons Beauty Rest mattress today (from a different mattress store who seemed to have better knowledge of mattresses and really worked with me and my husband to find the best fit) to replace the GS Stearns from Sleepys.



I am very disappointed in Sleepys as the sales staff seemed unknowledgable about their products and lead us in the wrong direction just to sale their product.
