I had to go to the office after going to a physical therapy appt. only to find out that they were out of the tens units. Since the PT clinic was so far away from where I live and the Medical Modalities office was near my home the physical therapist arranged for me to go to their office to pick up the tens unit. The people there were incredibly nice to me. The person who explained the device and how to use it was very patient, as was the person explaining the billing & payment information. I was very pleased and impressed with the people and the service at Medical Modalities. I'd definitely use them again AND recommended them to anyone else who needs any type of medical modality.

I thought I had good customer service, fast , quick results, yet took time to explain the product, then when purchased someone came to my home and explained and demonstrated how to use it, and made me try it couple times before they left. I also received a follow up call on my service. This happened in April, 2015

Horrible customer service. Crooks - do not give them your business, they are rip off artists! One star only because no star doesn't work, they don't deserve any stars, period!!

Terrible customer service!!! Just got off the phone with Angie, what a *itch! Told me first off that I was going to collections if I didn't pay for a brace I had never used, and didn't need. I am outraged and filing a complaint on Better Business next. Going to leave a review on every website I find to let people know what crooks they are. One star is one too many. Outrageous prices and service.

Awful customer service!!! They brought a TENS Unit to our home in March for our daughter. I explained that she wasn't having shoulder surgery until the end of May or the first of June. The programming and use of the machine was not given. When our daughter did have surgery, we called to ask for phone assistance in programming the unit. No one ever bothered to call us back! I then called the Concord office to issue a complaint. I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes, an NO ONE ever came back on the line to help me. If your health care provider selects this company to deliver equipment or services for you, refuse their service and ask for another company!!!
