my reason for 3 stars is that it is very hard to get messages to and from your doctor in a timely manner, and near impossible to get an appointment in between during crisis. they will just tell you to go to ER - even if your doctor says to call them to get squeezed in (that wont happen). Apart from this, I've found them to be mostly professional (just dont expect a lot from the nurses extension. thats where the professionalism sometimes goes away. Hello this is a psychiatric facility, don't expect someone in crisis to be able to always do things as you want them to). Anyway my doctor and the one therapist i saw are wonderful. ive been going there for over 10 yrs. So dont worry about that. just worry when you need to call in.

Very rude customer service....and a doctor (Dr. Lilly) that is dishonest.

This office is a 45 minute drive from home. My wife had an appointment one morning and was running a little behind schedule so she called the Dr's office to let them know that she was going to be a little late....and asked if she should still come, or reschedule. The woman on the phone asked the Dr and the Dr said that it was ok, and that she should still come to the office.

As soon as my wife pulls into the parking lot, she gets a call from the Drs office telling her nevermind...that the next appointment came in early (over 30 minutes early) and that they decided that they were going to take them instead.

My wife told the woman that she was in the parking lot and coming into the building...but the woman tells her that that was what the Dr said, and there is nothing she will do about it.

So word to the wise...if you plan on having an appointment with this office/doctor....and you feel you may not make it on-time...just cancel, or reschedule...because you will waste your time and gas just trying.

First they never respond when calling. If your lucky to get an appointment it will take at least 3 weeks before they even bother to return your call. If you really need help, call someone else as these people don't care
