The owner of this place is really really disrespectful. Be careful because they are looking to keep your deposit money making up excuses like for example, "the place was dirty" or "we needed to repair a piece of carpet" etc. First of all, the owner told us it was cake over the carpet and they had to changed it! Seriously! You only need water and soap for that! Second of all, every place after a party is not going to be perfectly clean for obvious reasons.

Our little Hispanic church did not consume alcohol and we all cleaned up the place the best that we could after the event. I can only imagine a party with alcohol involved! This guy is going to charge you more than your deposit money!!!!

In conclusion, I do not recommend this place to any one expect if you are a white american male. Maybe you will be treated differently. The owner treated us like if he was making us the favor to rent his place. As a registered nurse I have experienced to be yelled at multiple times for no reason. That's my job and I understand my patients are going among many stress. However, when someone I am paying for a service yelled at me for no reason, (he clearly wanted more money) I feel he is trying to take advantage of me because of my race and gender.

Again be careful with this place.
