Ive used this guy and right from the beginning I noticed the work that he does is ridiculous. He uses coat hangers to tie up exhaust stacks on big rigs. also on important air hoses and brake lines, cables that already have correct mounting brackets. He just takes the brackets off and uses zip ties. Alot of customers that go to him usually end up coming right back.... but its not for the good service. Its usually because they have the same problems that he failed to repair the first time. When hes fixing big rigs and dump trucks. Tries to beat, cut and burn off everything he doesnt feel like taking off the correct way. seems to me like every time I went back for repairs. He had a different mechanic working. So I engaged in conversation with one mechanic and he said he was about to quit. I asked why, he said " Mr John takes too many shortcuts, I have an associates degree in automotive, and I know quality of work is very important. And since ive been working here, hes taken so many shortcuts when fixing things. And I care to much about peoples safety to take shortcuts. He gets mad when I take longer than his time limit to fix trucks. But its only because I want to do it right". This was the mechanics exact words. So there you have it. IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE. DONT GO HERE.
