Two times in the last year or so contacted the office, always got sent to voice mail because his assistant was busy. They never call you back. Finally spoke with her once an gave all the info she needed, said she would get started on it. Never herd back for 5 days. Called and she said there was a issue to deal with, they waited for me to call and inform me of this. Mr. Williams would need to talk with me about it, she would have him call me. Never called me back. Called and told them there professionalism and service was horrible, receptionist offered to put me to her voice mail( lol), no thanks, just wanted to make sure they didn't send me a bill for doing nothing. If your not a big wheel, don't expect service in my opinion.
