Dropped off rug in August, told might be a couple weeks due to humidity and getting rug to dry. After about a month, the first call I received about the rug was that I better pick it up soon or they will charge me storage!. Stop by to pick it up, no credit cards, cash or checks- my bad, signs everywhere but I didn't notice them. Rec'd second call to pick up rug the next day, stop by on my lunch hour, they are closed until early afternoon. Stopped by again today with a check, the rug is damp and smells. I will NEVER use them again. They are redoing the rug and was told Mrs. Bacon will not call again.
