The staff at Fort Eddy Supercuts were rude and very unprofessional. I called ahead for an appointment, when I arrived I waited at least 20 minutes while others walked in and were taken ahead of me....I gather that two of the "stylests"(if that's what we call them these days) were getting ready to finish their day and wanted to take the men who, for obvious reasons, would be quicker to do. When I finally asked , the "manager" said "oh they called in too" ahh no they did not b/c i was sitting there when they came in and asked how long the wait would be...



They need to learn how to treat customers if they want to be successful in "The customer service industry"!!!! GOOD LUCK to You !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
