My wife and I were looking at a used Pathfinder. After spending 3 hours at the dealership we couldn't come to an agreement. We were working with Ryan Eckberg and Marq Taylor. Ryan told us that he will work with the banks and call us the next day. He called the next day and we agreed to the deal and told him he would be there at 6pm to pick up the vehicle. We got there at 6:01 pm only to find out the car we agreed to was sold. Ryan pretended to be surprised and disappointed and told us he would give us a great deal on another car. The next day while discussing this "great deal" with Ryan over the phone only to find out it was not a great deal Ryan proceeded to tell me that he doesn't want my business and told me to go to another dealership, He then proceeded to hang up on me. I would never recommend this dealership or purchase anything from them. the way I was treated just adds to the stereotype of sleazy car salesman.

Amit was helpful and professional. To took all the time I needed to help me make a good decision.He is a credit to the dealership and makes them look good.

I have purchased a car from Concordville Subaru previously and have to say that Jason Grubbs is one of the best salesmen I have met. His enthusiasm and attitude made buying my Nissan Rogue very enjoyable. In addition, he did not stop at the sale. he has been there for me at every turn. Every time I come in whtether it be for a problem or just for regular service Jason was there to welcome me and assist me along. I have dealt with many salesmen before but Jason is definitely one-of-a-kind. He made my buying experience pleasurable and I will definitely buy my next new car from Concordville and Jason specificallybecause of that.

We were very very pleased, and particularly with the professionalism that was shown with heart by Farid. We are also very happy with the patience that was shown to us. We have extra business cards that Farid gave us that we will be handing out to anyone that mentions that they are looking for a new vehicle. t was great, Amit was very personable. In fact we were just here servicing our other vehicle when my partner was approached by Amit to give her information. He answered her questions and introduced himself.



We left the lot and ended up turning around to talk to Amit some more about the new Leaf- now we ended up buying another car. It goes to show what great customer service can do for you. Just that one interaction, sold us! WE both are in education and its hard to pull the wool over our eyes. Amit was genuine and ultimately was the reason we bought our car today.

Farid was a pleasure to do business with. He was very professional in every way. Not ever was he pushy or made us feel obligated to make decisions on the spot. He ensured all our questions, even the silliest ones, were answered to our satisfaction. Farid is an easy person to work with and would recommend him to other customers.

As always it was a pleasure doing business with Nissan Concordville.Amit was very knowledgeable about the 2013 Altima and made today's experience a very happy one for me.I love my experience with Concordville Nissan.

Amit did a fantastic job of helping us find a car that fit into our budget. We looked at the Versa and Sentra and in the end went with the Versa. He helped us to determine what we needed in a car. Gave us all the pros and cons of both cars and after letting us test drive the Versa respected our decision to buy the Versa. Amit went so far as to pick up the car from another dealership to make sure we got the model and color we wanted. Thanks Amit!
