Couldn't pay me to book through them again

Absoluetly terrible customer service. Has been one problem after another, doesn't send statements unless you call multiple times. Tells you one thing then turns out to be another. Really poor customer service. Had us prepay the gratuity on our cruise and then we get on the ship to an $84/pp charge and find out they never actually paid it. Bowler beware... This company is a mess to work with.
