I recently became a dish network customer through this local guy Jim. I was nervous and had alot of questions on how to use this new service. He was there with all my answers and now I love the that I made the switch. On top of his customer service I can't believe how neat and clean the wored are on my house. I would much rather deal with local people and Jim gives local business's a good name.
