Our family recently used Sakai Moving to move from Yokohama to California. The movers on both sides did a great job, but Sakai took 22 days to get our belongings on a ship. They also asked us to stay in Japan for 3 days so they could confirm the shipping details. We stayed a week to be sure. But they could still not give us the details. So we had to fly out not knowing what would happen with our belongings. We paid way too much for such poor service.
