A few years ago, my light went out in my GE Profile fridge. I was told that I needed to use A&E due to my warranty. The repairman came here twice and ordered different parts each time. He spent about 10 minutes at each visit and I felt like he didn't know what he was doing. After 2 visits he did not find the problem. I decided to go out of warranty and called Mr. Hyatt. He spent an hour and fixed the problem that day. I have used him many times since then in my home and at my office. He always researches my appliance before he comes so he generally knows what he's in for before he gets here. If it takes a while for him to get there it's because he is so busy. I highly recommend him.

Horribly rude. Mine was a Whirlpool warranty job, and they called and were crappy about the scheduled time that Whirlpool gave me. She said they don't know our schedule I don't know why you are acting like this is our fault. Very disrespectful. I will NEVER USE THEM EVER AGAIN. This was the second time I have tried to use them for a service call--gave them the benefit of the doubt...maybe a bad day----but clearly not just a bad attitude and bad business.

If you enjoy being disrespected and treated rudely call Hyatt Repair. Their receptionist/dispatcher is perhaps the rudest person, representing a service providing company, that I have ever had to deal with. I can only imagine she is the owner, because no one would actually hire someone like this to be the front line person speaking to it's customers. Remember the time honored saying "The ...Hyatt Repair...is always right. We will never use this company again and neither should you.

Try someone else first. I don't think I'll use this guy again. I feel like it was super difficult just to get him to come back. He was always "ordering parts", and he'll " come back in about 2-3 days", but you'll never hear from him again. I feel over-charged, my appliance is working right now, but it only took a month!!!!! Great service? Wouldn't reccommend this guy, sorry!
