The reason for the low rating is that I took two locks to get keys and two months later still not finished called I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD BE FINISHED THAT DAY NOW A WEEK AND A HALF LATER STILL NOT FINISHED .

I have had a key ordered for my tractor for over a month and everytime I call get a new excuse as why they have no clue of it is in!! Also we tried to get prices for a safe for my township amd no return call on that either!!! Terrible customer service!! How are you suppose to buy local with service like this!!!!

Spoke with owner last night. Stopped in this morning. As promised, keys were cut and programmed. Literally took this gentleman 5 minutes. Excellent service. Very friendly! Oh yeah, the cost....... Literally 1/10 what the Ford "Stealership" wanted. Highly recommended. Just call ahead to make sure someone is there.
