We have a new 2012 Tiffin Allegro and Action RV has been there for us with all of the trouble we have had. They replaced the sink and microwave, the heater that blew up, the awning motor that burned up, they worked on the 3 electric slides that would not open, and lots of small problems involving improperly crimped wires, lights burned out, wall paper coming off. This work was all done under warranty and everytime we called they had to arrange their schedules for us because we are full timers. Everyone from Becky in the Office, Pete the manager and all the technicians have been great. Once they worked on something we had no future problems. When the 3 electric slides went out at the same time they worked with us over the phone to try and solve the problem since we were 200 miles away but with no luck. They bend over backwards for their customers and their work is great.
