Provided by YP.comMy best friend lives in Cut & Shoot,TX. I just call the Blossom Shop & get great service. The people are so nice. I get what I ordered. In the past I had ordered from other florist & when I showed up for the holiday there was a cheap ugly flowers. I have never had this problem with Blossom Shop. They are honest & give the best service. Thank you Blossom Shop.

Provided by YP.comThis is the worst florist I have ever encountered. Does not try to work with the customer. Flowers paid for and a delivery date set for sympathy in death arrangement. Florist wanted the recipient of the flowers to pick the flowers up or wait til late another day when flowers were needed for promised day. Awful to do when the family is grieving that they had to hassle with this florist over and over. DO NOT BUY FROM! Do not let this happen to you. They are obviously lacking business sense to the rudeness over the phone as well. Finally got a refund after all the hassle.

Provided by YP.comFor my wedding, they did not do the order correctly. The flowers were messed up, ie the flowers that were selected were not used. They did not wrap the stems as agreed. They wrapped with YELLOW see through ribbon. Look ugly. Hardly any flowers, mostly greenery and it was horribly designed. The colors were not correct. For example maid of honor was suppose to have mainly a PINK arrangement. It was BLUE! Mine was suppose to have white roses, it had 2 white roses. To top it all off, they forgot one of the bridesmaids arrangement. Then told us that it was not ordered...I HAD A DETAILED CONTRACT with them. I paid for the flowers 2 weeks before the wedding over the phone. I keep getting phone calls the week of stating that I need to pay for the flowers. When I questioned why they have not ran the credit card which was given, the simply said that she needed my authorization and it would not be taken care of. When I tried to confirm the flowers and details, she was rude and keep telling me that it would be taken care of and would not confirm anything. I tried sending emails, which they blocked. Their poor customer service and lack of product even messed up my cake. They threw away the extra petals which were going to be used for the cake. So my cake which was designed for flowers in the middle was EMPTY! $500 was not worth the cost of all the headaches, break of contract, poor customer service and poor product! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!
