Provided by YP.comThey failed to fix a simple problem. They broke an air hose and said the car came in that way. This is not true. Mike likes to talk over people but doesn't listen.
Supposedly one wheel had bad bearings, but the other three were perfect. Fishy. The broken hose was impossible to find and JB Weld was applied by a friend from Kia.
Cal's did not properly diagnose/handle my vehicle, and the engine light kept coming on. He finally returned my money. The lie about the hose being broken is very disturbing. I am under my hood enough that I would have noticed it because it is very visible.
When they discovered that the part would require visits to salvage yards, they concocted the lie. They overlooked and failed to diagnose O2 sensor issues. I originally wrote a good review until these problems began popping up after the fact.
I don't recommend them and don't trust them. Sadly I listened to an acquaintance who referred me.
After hearing my woes, he isn't going back. In hindsight, he now realizes he was most likely ripped off also.
The return of my money doesn't mean they can't be taken to court.
More people need to take bad mechanics in front of a judge. Maybe this would straighten out a 'profession' riddled with crooks who have no conscience and who worship the dollar.
This shop wasted my time. The vehicle still has issues. Mike blamed everything but himself for this debacle. They must be writing their own 5 star reviews!
