Fun, food, movie what more could you ask for in 10 hours?! Greeting going in and out................

When we arrived their was another party going on in OUR room! They kept acting like they did me a favor by giving me a free upgrade, this is a joke!!! I have spent several hundreds of dollars at that place, and can't even get an apology!!! The party was in the wrong room, we picked up everything to move, only to be directed back into the same room! We ate in the dark, the floor was sticky, food was cold and horrible, hair in the food and on a plate, disrespectful staff, cake was horrible, the establishment and bathrooms were dirty!!! Their cook even acknowledged that the food was cold and suggested to come back when it was fresh! Machines were broken, system was down... It was a disaster from the start! Everyone was unhappy, everything was rushed, and no one felt the need to express their apologies to my son! He didn't get the party he deserves and that is what matters!!! They should be ashamed of themselves. I am appalled and disgusted by the actions of their staff and owner!!!

Horrible experience. Found hair in our food. Mario, the store manager acted like he didn't care. We booked a glow party, and they didn't set us up with that kind of party. Then proceeded to bring in some lights and expected us to eat and have the party in the dark. Luckily we turned the lights on, or we would have been eating hair. As we were leaving, the manager came up to us and started an argument. So much for having a nice, fun party for our kids.

When Conroe Incredible Pizza first opened, the food and help were both OUTSTANDING. However, with time the quality has went down. It is still a fun place, but not exceptional. Wish it would go back to the way it was the first few months.
