They are fast, accurate and very courteous. I don't mind communicating via email as long as I have all the information for them. If I don't Cathy will call and get the right info. This is a great company and is always their for our needs.

This Company does not know the meaning of Customer Service! I ordered business cards from them and after givng the correct information for my cards, we went through several days of the logo process. When I finally said ok I like this one and to move ahead with my order they printed the cards with the wrong informaion!

When I went back to the office to show them the employee looked at my information that I provided and said oh ok I made the MISTAKE and we will reprint them for you. Later the next day I received an email, NOT a phone call that said Dittert would not replace the cards unless I paid more money! So these card are costing me over $140.00!!!!! The Manager refused to accept the responsibilty of her employee. I have been doing business in Conroe for years and I know what good customer services can mean for your business and Dittert Rubber Stamps & Signs does not offer that to our community ! I recommend anyone needing quality products and customer services to look some place else for a more professeional company.
