His name is Sonny. If you need something and he has it - there is nobody better. If he doesn't have it - he'll tell you and tell you where to find it. This is a trade store - a certain level of knowledge is assumed and Sonny is the only guy up front. If he's not busy, or if you can wait, he'll give you all the help you need. I too found it surprising that they don't stock o-rings but Sonny researched the fittings we use and gave me a list of o-ring sizes and hardnesses. I order mine in bulk from Amazon. For hoses, there is nobody else in the Conroe area that can match them on price.

Horrible service. I needed a o ring for a quick connect. He told me to leave and goto Northern tool. He doesn't sale o-rings. Didn't get his name older man gray hair behind desk.
