Thy stole my radio and charged me.
They insist they didn't, but they had the keys to my car and there was no sign of the car being broekn into. But they have a sign stating if anything is lost or stolen theyre not responsible, so that's what they're relying on. DO NOT GO HERE

I had absolutely no problems or inconveniences while my 2005 Toyota Camry was in their care. They were very friendly and helped me, working with my low salary. I was impressed with quick and exceptional service. I will come back again if something was to happen to my vehicle again. (Knock on wood) And I will refer them to any who has vehicle problems.

They have had my sons truck over a week and absolutely no communication! This is the second time in 3 months they've had it. Most companies rely on good customer service obviously they don't care.

Let me start out by saying this is the WORST service I have ever recieved. The staff is SOOO rude. I wish I could give 0 stars. First, they tore the transmission out of my truck without permission. They were just supposed to be giving me a FREE estimate. When we found out what they did, we told them put the transmission back, we found someone else to take it to that was cheaper. They said it would cost us about $300 to put the transmission (that they weren't even supposed I pull out) back in my truck!!! So since getting the transmission put back and taking it somewhere else was going to be about the same price, we told them just go ahead and fix it. I was supposed to have my truck back at the end of last week. Because of a miscommunication on their end, it was set back until Tuesday. I called Tuesday and they said it would be ready Wednesday afternoon. I called Wednesday and they said it will be ready Thursday morning. I called Thursday morning (9am) and they said it will be ready in one hour. I called back around 1:45, they said it will be ready late Thursday afternoon. Today is Friday. I FINALLY got to go pick up my truck. The worst part of all is that NO ONE called me to tell me about delays and setbacks, I always had to call to find out what was going on. Even though they have a receptionist to do just that. The receptionist also told us that they can except post dated checks (this was said on speaker phone with me AND my mother in the car), when we got there she said "oh, I never told you that, we need it paid in full on checks with today's date." On top of all of that, when I picked up my truck this morning and expressed how fed up I was, they tried putting the blame on us, saying we were the ones causing all of the problems, not them! I have put several calls in to the owner to discuss the matter with him, and am yet to hear from him. Needless to say, I will not be doing business with them or sending anyone there way. If you need a trustworthy guy to do transmission work call COD in Conroe (On 1484) and ask to speak to the owner. He has a friend named Stacey who does great work and gives decent prices, I'm sure he would be more than happy to give you his number!
