The worst steak I've ever had. Service was very rude.

considering the fact that the take out area has been closed most of my visits, the interior service is very friendly and accommodating. i have lunch with my grandson as often as possible and the 'big kid's meal is reasonable and the variety of food is what he likes so much. Now if i tell him i'm picking up Luby's he says 'just bring something hot, cause its all good!!!!!!'



Criticism: don't bicker about a portion of spagetti being too large on a 'kid's meal' -- especially in front of the customer (me)..... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



I will continue to pick up at Luby's - Conroe, but better not hear anything more about the amount of food served. Just always remember, there are many, many other choices that can be made when getting food to go......so go back to Luby's old fashioned idea - 'satisfied customers continue to come back, and bring their friends'.
