Worst experience I have ever had with a car dealer. A issue with a purchased vehicle arose and the sales manger was very disrespectful, dishonest, difficult to deal with; and the issue was never resolved after two times the vehicle was returned to mas motors to me fixed. Many of my time (hours) were wasted, and the vehicle couldn't even pass state inspection with out the issue fixed.

bought a truck that has a rear end problem, they would not fix it, Gilbert blame me for the damage, I'm out $$ you will too if you buy from this scam artists dealer, stay away people go some where else!!!

the manager gilbert is a liar and he totally RIPPED me off!! i got a truck there got lied to and screwed all the way around!!

Mad motors is the most poorly ran unorganized car leaner in Texas. My tranny only lasted a week, and target wouldn't fix it. It took me 2 months to get my tags. They play obnoxious Mexican music all day like they're at a fiesta. Everyone in there hardly speaks English, and when they do they constantly use profanity in front of children. The owner Craig is a drunk money grubbing old liar who will do anything for your money. His little side kick Gilberto does all his dirty work and will screw you just to kiss the bosses a**. Don't buy a vehicle from here, it will always have problems and you will always have problems with the service.
