Panera is an excellent choice for a quick, simple sit-down breakfast. They have several types of freshly made quiche that are flavorful and tender. The pastries, sweet rolls and muffins are baked fresh daily and there is something for everyone to enjoy with a good cup of coffee or fruit juice. The coffees are aromatic and rich... not the pretentious coffees that you get at some places, but instead they have several varieties of high quality brew that each have their own unique flavors. Creamers and sweeteners are available... but I much prefer to enjoy the pure, genuine taste of hot and rich international coffees by themselves. Paneras breads have a crispy crust and soft, flaky interiors. I have bought their breads for serving at home with other foods at parties. These unique breads make a nice, suprising twist to the ussual party offerings. With soups or salads, for simple lunch gatherings.... the Panera breads are never a wrong choice. I like the friendly staff here and the restaurant is always clean and sane. No blaring background music, no hustle & bustle of annoying waiters... it's a pleasant place to eat a simple breakfast or for afternoon gatherings of friends. I think they are a little pricey on some items, but overall I tend to spend less and enjoy more at Paneras than I would at any other breakfast or brunch restaurant. My wife loves their tuna sandwhiches. Great job by the staff and management at creating a much needed bread shop and pastery restaurant. Highly recommended.

Great variety of soups, salads and sandwiches. Food is delicious. Priced a little on the high side. Not much variety on the kids menu.
