Established in 1983, Tri-County Mental Health Mental Retardation Services, also known as MHMR, is a mental health care organization that serves the behavior management needs of individuals in Montgomery, Liberty and Walker counties in Texas. It offers mental health counseling, psychological evaluation and health status evaluation services. Tri-County Mental Health Mental Retardation Services provides prevention, alcohol and substance abuse addiction treatment and crisis resolution services.
