Mr. Turnbow first came to my home last year to repair a valve and replace a sprinkler head Earlier this year I had another valve go out which he claims to have replaced. It lasted two rounds before it stopped working. I called Mr. Turnbow and scheduled an appointment for late April, (I believe). He called me on the day he was to come by to tell me that he had to deal with a tree that fell in his yard. That was the last I heard from him. I have left numerous messages but he will not return my calls. I was able to reach his wife who assured me that he would call me. Of course he has still not called. I paid him to replace the valve but looking back, I believe he only replaced the switch. He didn't use all of the parts that was in the box. In any event, I PAID HIM TO CHANGE A VALVE. It doesn't work and now he will not make good on he work.
