The person I just talked to on the phone was rude and demeaning. Quintessential "mansplainer." I'll take my business somewhere else.

It's a wonder this place is still operating based on all these other reviews from past years. The owner has proven to be demeaning, impatient, rude, and irrational. He raises his voice off the bat and treats customers with utter disrespect. I will never use this business again, unless under new management/ownership.

Rude ignorant ugly owner with no manners, he must be an eccentric millionaire on a hate rampage as he really mistreat any customer that walk-in on the store as he did to us too. Do not even try it.

You’ll find an ignorant and rude owner ready to blow away business. Make sure that you dress 2 impress or speak perfect English or else he will throw signs of intolerance left and right for FREE!!!, Oh... illumination not included. Same lecture regarding seems to be repeated as HE DOES NOT KNOW a friendly way to apply for permits or even guide you trough the process himself.

When I initially called this hole of a company to see if they could come out to see my office building and help me figure out what would be best for my office he lectured me rudely about how I needed a permit (even though my office is in an industrial park and he has no idea what is in my lease in reference to signage). I then decided to have a few other companies come out to do exactly what I asked him to do. Every other company was friendly and helpful. When I called him (Ernie) back a few days later to ask again if he could come out and not to worry about the permit situation he screamed at me that he wasn’t interested in price chasers and that there is more to a job than just putting the sign up. To be totally honest I was more interested in him coming to see the space to see what he thought would be best for my space. He freaked out about how service and support is very important too..funny to me that you wouldn’t even come out to see the job site in the first place. Needless to say I won’t be using this incredibly rude company. He kept screaming that he was busy and he had jobs to do..Well you are answering your own company phone so you obviously aren’t THAT busy doing other jobs. I recommend using Sign Source, they are great!
