This is one of the worst companies I’ve ever came across. They left my 90-year-old father sitting outside of the hospital with no oxygen. They told us the transporter would be there in 35 minutes to pick him up and an hour later still no ride. We called and they said several times they were “on their way “. Explains the dire situation and they said that there was nothing they could do. We left on hold for several minutes before anyone came back on the phone to tell us where the ride was. Disgusting Service !!!!
