Very Helpful

We were looking for a charcoal filter for our hood vent and had no luck at Lowe's which is where we bought overhead oven and microwave and there only suggestion was to see if I could find it online. I decided to call Home Depot first and while they didn't stock the item either they were able to take an order and guarantee delivery in four days!!

Rude and Unknowledgeable

Employees are unknowledgeable and rude, if you can find one. Store never has what I need. Place is dirty. Items are rummeged through, and boxes are damaged and opened, usually missing pieces. Go to lowes. At least you will not have to return because the box did not have everything it was supposed to.
