The service and parts department are ok guys, but the mechanics will take you for a ride,recommending parts for repairs you don't need!!

We deal with Doggett on a daily basis, we all do the best we can...that's all you can ask............

The guys at the parts counter really need help. Tried to call for a part let the phone ring 175 times and no one answered. I called the Freightliner dealership in Corpus they answered the phone after 3 rings and had the part with no problem I had to drive to Corpus to get my Part

I have been using Doggett Freightliner of South Texas to service my 2012 Winnebago-Itasca Meridian on a Freightliner Chassis. They have been excellent. Their yearly service on my chassis has given trouble free service for over 40000 miles. I recommend RV owners seeking service on their Freightliner Chassis to use Doggett. Call their number, ask for RV Service and speak to J.D. He is a professional patient man who will work with you to insure your chassis is in top notch condition.

I bought a '13 Cascadia from these 'gentlemen' 15 days later I was in the shop with EDF/DPF issues,they wouldn t cover the 1500.00 bill,after much arguing they covered half,but it was like extracting a mole from a TRex mouth,the truck has had other issues but they don t offer or give any warranty none whatsoever,I wouldn't ever buy from them again,but I would recommend them to my worst enemy.

They made me give them a star to write this so don't go by stars. We had to take our semi to this place 3 times for the same thing and they didn't fix it. Cost over 3,000.00 dollars plus lost wages. Took it to Stwerts and Stephenson and they fixed it in less than a day for only a little over 900.00dollars. I will never take our semi back to Freightliner of San Antonio. Come to think of it I won't buy another freightliner agan if this is the kind of service you get with their semi.

Stay away from this place. Very poor work, and they don't stand behind it at all ! I tried to give no stars, but it wouldn't let me.
