Provided by YP.comHorrible, can't believe it's still open.the staff is horrible. Especially the front desk. They should be fired. The doctor and his assistant are amazing. I am looking for a new doctor because of their staff . I have too many health issues to deal with such a horrible staff. The wait with an appointment is over an hour and they spend 5 mins with you. Still I like the doctors. I complained about the front desk and nothing changed. I have seen them pick up the phone and hang it up and press hold and keep doing nothing. Don't go here. It should be closed

Provided by YP.comI can never get someone on the phone nor able to make an appointment. I have been able to be seen but it is a miracle someone is able to get me scheduled. I will be looking for another provider.

Provided by YP.comOH MY GOD WHERE TO BEGIN!!! This has to be the worse practice I have EVER seen in my life. How is this place even still in business!?Forever wait to make an appointment, forever wait at appointment. NO HELP FROM ANYONE once you leave the facility. They took LABS and I never got results and they had to poke me 4 times before they got blood and then TIA the young lady's name yanked the needle out cause she was trying to do 15 things at once and someone was talking to her so she was not paying attention. In the examining room Ms. Mitchell complained about her staff and knows it is killing them and she said they get paid like anyone else but just don't know how to work! I don't know what is going on there but it needs to be investigated. I am actually scared to go back!!

Provided by YPmobileWe made 3 appointments just for a follow-up and each appointment we never even got to see the the doctor. Our 1st visit was very pleasant and Dr Mitchell is truly a great provider, however her office staff is HORRIBLE! My niece has Medicaid & has lost both parents so we thought because of the Dr's compassionate attitude this would be a great fit.... I work in the medical field and I truly understand the work overload but I don't get how you have someone sit for over an hour then tell me that you don't have the injection to give.....needless to say we have changed providers as of this morning and I will let the office manager know why....that is if I ever get a return call back. Sad real sad#

Provided by YPmobileI have 2 children that go to this office. We see Dr. Mitchell, and she is wonderful. She's very caring and patient with my kids. With that said, no matter how amazing the doctor is, her office staff are going to make her look bad.
The waits are extreme, an hour plus even with an appointment. That alone wouldn't be enough for me to leave.
The staff is rude. There is one nurse who has been nice to my kids, the others practically ignore them. "Step on the scale, step off the scale" are pretty much the only words they have said to them. My kids are very well behaved, but they are talkative and inquisitive. I understand you have a job to do, but ignoring a 4 year old is just harsh.
I have NO idea what the deal is with calling and making appointments, but they really need to figure something out. IF anyone answers, which is rare, you are on hold forever! I'm literally writing this review as I'm on hold waiting on the name of a doctor my daughter was referred to a few months ago. I was transferred 3 times, asked to hold all three times for about ten minutes, then someone answered and said just one second, I'm looking it up. 49 minutes. That's how long I've been on hold!
Most of the time, you don't have to worry about being on hold because THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK OR ANSWER!! My daughter needed a physical for a surgery and I left 6 messages over the span of 2 weeks. I finally gave up and went into the office, very calmly and politely told the lady at the front that I was there to make an appointment because I had never received a call back after multiple messages. Not even an I'm sorry or anything. She just barked "Name and date of birth"
This place is extremely frustrating, which is really sad because the doctors are amazing. I waited a year hoping things would get better. They haven't, so come January we will be switching providers. I would definitely NOT recommended this place.

Provided by YP.comThey see both kids and adults, so all the family can be seen at one place. When my son broke his legs they understood that he could not come in to see the doctor for a previous follow up on meds and the docotor even call me to check on him. The only reason why I dont give them five stars is the wait time can be long. But I think the staff is wonderful and very helpful.

Provided by YP.comYou wait over an hour pass appointment time . That is common. staff seems slow and or overworked and cant handle the amount of patients that come in. Dont know what it is but its very very long wait to see Dr then wham your done in 5 min? Then why was wait time over and hour pass appt time. Just doesnt add up. Anyway Im will change Drs now. Oh and to make appt, you usually wait 5 mins or more ib hold

Provided by YP.comI was so impressed with the professionalism and personalities of the staff.I took my nephews in for their pre-season football physicals. My 2 year-old daughter cried when the boys went back for their physicals, saying she had an owie on her knee and needed to see the doctor. One of the nurse practitioners took her straight back to a room, examined her "owie" and gave her a Dora bandaid, per my daughter's request. She was instantly better. This is definitely a place you want your family to visit when someone needs help.
