Charged 175$ to fix headlight bulb left side. arguged it was on right side, but i had the recipt to prove it on left, fixed it. Did an oil change and replaced with a different drain bolt leaked oil had to take it to the dealership then took my truck there for an oil change and its been leaking ever since terrible shop customer service sucks dont care about customers its okay i see shops like this close all the time its a matter of time when this one does

Great service on my Ford diesel several years ago when I lived in SA. Moved back last month, and I took my car back to them (based on my previous experience years earlier) for what I thought would be a simple thermostat replacement. After having the car for three business days, they called and said "we give up. We can't find a thermostat for this car". That in itself was not that bad, although I was a little surprised. But it would've been nice if they'd remembered to hook the hoses back up before they let me drive it off their lot. I pulled in at another automotive shop when the car overheated, who replaced the thermostat while I waited. Not sure what thier problem was being able to "find" a thermostat after three days of trying. Probably won't use them again based on this single experience. Sad, really...
