They were unbelievably rude to my sister and I. When we arrived she told them she wanted her hair dyed and maybe highlights. A woman came out and looked at her hair with a disgusted face and then tried to talk her into just a hair cut saying that her hair was way too damaged (but saying that with a couple rude remarks). She again asked if she could have the highlights and the woman said "no, I'm not gonna do it".. The customer service was terrible.. And I'm pretty sure they just didn't even know how to do what she was asking for. It's cheap but still not worth the money.

I took my daughter with me so we could both get a hair cut. You would've thought I ask them to rebuild the motor in my truck, they just stood there looking at each other, one of them finally said they couldn't do it, then another, then another and finally one of them say's "I guess I could do 1", I told them never mind we would do something else. I thought they were there to learn how to cut hair on various different people and styles and to make a little extra money. GUESS I WAS WRONG.
