Provided by YP.comI had to pay 1000.00 because they didn't get my procedure pre authorization to fix a tooth. I ended up paying for a crown that was done 3 years ago. They of course blamed my insurance. I called both my insurance and found out they had not received anything from the dental office. Beware don't get stuck like I was .
