I called looking for a quote for my three cars and house. they took my information and would send my quote to my email. I waited a week and called back to see where my quote was. she said oh you havent recieved that yet, well I will resend it. called back a few days later asking where my quote was again. this time it was "our computer crashed. well send it this evening. called back again and she said we sent it to the wrong email. regive her my email and she said we will send it this evening. called back again. and said were having problems sending our emails out and I will mail you a qoute to your address. called back again and said to them dont bother sending me nothing. if they handle claims like they do a simple quote im surprised they are still in business!
