Horrible experience. Lisa Pope fried and ruined my hair. She then tried to blame it on me. Which one of us was SUPPOSED to be the stylist? She works on several people at the same time. No personal service. She doesn't have the talent or the knowledge to call herself a color specialist. ****BEWARE****

This Salon is great place to go if your tired of being hearded like cattle you can actually talk to them while getting your manicure and pedicure. They were all really sweet. they are very good at what they do i will go back and tell everyone i know...

I love this salon/spa, the ladies are fantastic, the service is great! The owner is a sweetheart! Jennifer has been doing my hair for years, she is awesome! I know they are always busy...you know what that says? says they are great at what they do...people love them...my whole family goes to Hello Gorgeous. We love them!!! Way to go girls!!! Love you guys!! Thank you for making me Gorgeous!!!

I shouldn't even give it one star!! Was never able to go!! Received a gift certificate and called several times to make an appointment and always got an answering machine.....left 2 messages and NEVER GOT A CALL BACK! Don't waste your time!

We bought a pamper day package for my daughter's birthday. We were told to allow 5 hours and she was to get deluxe pedi, facial, massage, shampoo and style, and lunch from oak street bistro. She drove from little rock at 11 a.m. for her appointment and was received with surprise by staff who told her she would need to reschedule because someone wasn't there. They kept her 3 hours and someone went and got lunch for the employees but nothing for my daughter. The hairstylist rushed because she wanted to eat and the experience of a luxury pampering was not fulfilled. Very disappointed!

Whatever you do DON'T GO THERE!! Hello Gorgeous was 1 of the most absolute regretful experiences I have ever had at any Salon/Spa. 1st the address is wrong...they know it but won't do what they need to do to change it. Nor did they offer this information when we called. After FINALLY finding it when we walked in we weren't greeted yet people who work there were walking all around us. After we were greeted they acted as though they were too busy for us. We were offered something to drink though...that was nice.The owner was on a cell phone taking absolutely no interest in us what so ever.We waited nearly 30 minutes before anyone finally told us they were running late...Dooooo you think??!! And it would be just a "sec" then after 12 minutes longer we were finally taken back. We were there for manicure & Pediure. Only 1 ped chair (well they have another but said they won't use it because it's too much trouble!) And 1 manicure table. The manicures were horrible! nail polish job was really sloppy...I will say the cutical trim was decent. The polish wouldn't dry after even 20 minutes and all they had to say was "it must have been the base coat not drying messing up the top coat." but no offers to do it right! Just complaints how thier 1st customers were late and so it ran them late all day. When they started my pedicure she left and was gone so long I finally asked where she went..."Oh she went to do a hair cut!" Yes!! I was left while she went to take care of another customer. When we were leaving 1 of the girls stuck around to help us out and was then very sweet! We never ever said anything or did anything to deserve such a lack of customer care. Sad and very VERY disappointing. WIll never go back!

Great atmosphere, very reasonable prices. Jennifer does the best hair! Color, cut you name it she does it and does it wonderfully.
