We had a garage fridge that died last summer. We kept doing everything we knew to try to fix it. It finally completely died this summer. We took it in right before the 4th of July. They had it fixed and ready to go home 2 days later! Excellent service. Honest people. Great communication! We highly recommend this business!

They arrived when they said they would, 30 minutes found problem with dryer and fixed it. Service call and total cost very reasonable, would highly recommend this company. I have found my appliance repair company. John

I called to schedule an appointment to have my washer repaired and they made some suggestions to try before they came out and had to charge me for a service call. It worked, it is nice to deal with honest people!

We've lived in Conway several years now and have used Hudsons several times. They are absolutely first-rate -- ethical, dependable and extremely knowledgeable. 'Nuff said.

I recently had my dryer quit heating. I've replaced many heating element over the years, but that did solve my problem this time. So I stopped into Hudson's and the nice lady at the counter listened to my explaination. Realizing that I had some repair abilities, she asked me if I had checked this and that and even explained how to check a couple things. Going back to the house, I did as she recommended and did indeed find the problem with a part, which Hudson's had instock. Instead of trying to convince me that I needed a service call and charge me more money, they helped me thorough fixing the problem myself. I will use them for any and all future service problem and recommend them to anyone that needs appliance repair

My refrigerator started leaking. I didn't know who to call for help. I chose Hudson's Appliance because they have been in business for 60 years, so they must be doing something right. The young woman who took my call was very nice and answered my questions. The service man, Steve, was very nice. He gave me time to clean under the fridge when it was moved. He then explained to me what was wrong and what he was going to do to fix it. He also answered my questions about proper refrigerator maintenance. My experience with Hudson's Appliance was a good one. They made a horrible situation much easier to handle. I know who I will be calling in the future for appliance repairs.

In our house something is always going out,a washer,or dryer,most resently a dishwasher.We call Hudson's when this happens,they are always very friendly and very informative.if you can fix this,they will tell you how,and if your not very good at home appliance repair yourself,they will help there too.we love 'em!!thank you,hudson's!! kathy and john shatzer!!!

I've been going to Hudson Appliance for parts and service since I moved to Arkansas in 1995. They've always been pleasant and helpful, and have always had the part I needed or could get it in a minimal amount of time. They've been consistant for many years. I don't expect they'll ever change. Customer service is number 1 to them.
