Provided by YP.comWorst customer service experience ever. Business refuses to answer the phone and insists on only using text messages or email to communicate except they only answer text or email while setting up the initial appointment. We had to go through this AC company because our home warranty sent us to this business. Once they finally came and diagnosed the problem as the outside AC units fan motor, they said that it would take a couple of days to order the part. We've been without air in the middle of August for 6 days now and when we try to text or email to ask what the status of the part is, there is no response whatsoever. I looked up the business address on a map and its just a trailer home. I looked up the business on better business bureau and there are several complaints against this company. Stay away.

Provided by YP.comAbsolutely the worst customer service from any heating and air contractor I have ever experienced. They were the contractors originally suggested to me through a home warranty service. Filed a complaint with said service and requested a different contractor due to their ineptitude and rudeness. Do yourself a huge favor and call someone else.

Provided by YP.comThis company is literally a joke. The first time I had them out in April they fixed my air. Awesome. Two months later I had another problem. They told me my air was perfect and nothing wrong. LIES. Yesterday it stayed 80 in here and only 88 outside. It only dropped to 76 in here and 75 outside. I'm livid. Tried calling them, nothing. They say to send a text. I got these people from my home warranty company but they're a Joke. I do NOT recommend.

Provided by YP.comOMG....please, please, please DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! A waste of time and money!!!!! Unfortunately, I was given this company through my home warranty company. They are very very inexperienced and should not have license (if they do). They were sent to diagnose my HVAC system. After 2 tries, they still misdiagnosed and replaced things that were NOT broken. If they are sent to you by your home warranty company, please request a second opinion or tell them upfront that you don't want to use this company. And for God's sake, please don't use them and pay for their services out of your pocket....you will be VERY disappointed and Angry!!!!!!! I gave them a rating of a "1" star, because there wasn't a "0".

Provided by YP.comThis company is by far one of the most disappointing heat and air companies I have had the displeasure of working with. Unfortunately, I am working with them because that is who my warranty company sent. I have had to call them three times because they cannot diagnose my AC unit's problem. Each time it takes them a week or more to make my appointment. I called a local, well-known company (who does not accept warranty work because their schedule is booked without it) and they told me exactly what my problem is, came the very next day during the time I told them the unit was functioning the worst (I did not call them until 5pm). The company *I* called answered all of my questions, explained how it works (which I then cross-checked to make sure I wasn't having the wool pulled over my eyes) and wrote it all out for me. I told Jackson Mechanical exactly what they told me and they said that the only problem I have is a Freon leak. A Freon leak would not cause my head pressure to be in the 380's or for my house to drop well below the set temperature (66*F when set to 75*) at night . It is 86*F inside the house during the heat of the afternoon and 66* in the early morning hours. The company *I* hired to diagnose the problem correctly diagnosed a faulty expansion pump within 10 minutes. How would a freon leak cause my house to drop to 66*F?? In what world does that EVEN MAKE SENSE?
DO NOT USE JACKSON MECHANICAL and if your home warranty company sends them, request someone else. I am 7 months pregnant and Jackson Mechanical has been coming out for more than 3 weeks and still has not fixed my problem (or diagnosed it even!) nor listened/answered my questions.
