Jakes computer does fast high quality work for a good price. Gave him my laptop one day the next day around the same time it was ready to go. I would recommend him to anyone in the central Arkansas area and will definitely be going threw him if I have any computer problems

Jake dose a great job at reasonable prices. He has replaced one motherboard, one pc, fixed viruses, and reinstalled Microsoft windows 10 on 2 of my pc. He takes my calls as late as 7:30 pm and answered my text as early as 8:00 am. He is very knowledgeable about pc’s and their problems. He is always up beat and finds a way to help even when the answer is that your pc is not fixable. He is honest and trust worthy. He will always let you know the truth even when it is not what you want to hear however he tries to find a solution for you.

I had to get a really dependable laptop for graduate school and Jake was able to upgrade it with a solid state hard drive for maximum speed and dependability. It has been excellent for school! While other students get kicked out of exams and lose time because their computer runs slow, I have never had any issues during and exam, writing papers, or finding any articles online, or using any software I need for class.
I recently downloaded a horrible virus/malware and Jake was able to log in remotely and quickly save my laptop! I wish I knew how to do it, but since I don't I am so thankful he is always available!

Those big dept stores are impersonal, charge a fortune, and in the end are a huge rip off! I have used Best Buy in the past and refuse to go back!
SO Thankful for Jake's Computer Repair!

Needed windows reloaded onto my computer. BestBuy was going to charge me $129.99 + tax. Decided I was going to check out some other places in Conway. Quick Google search sent me to Jake's Computer Repair. Gave him a call, said it would be $40 + tax. I went with Jake. Was able to drop the computer off the same day, he told me it would be done by noon the next day, which it was. Computer is running great, no complaints. Couldn't ask for better service. Very professional, answered all of my questions and concerns. Would use again and will be recommending to people that have computer issues. Thanks again.
