Provided by YP.comMy husband had a room at Microtel Inn at the Conway location. Our kids and I came up for the night and stayed with him. He was in Conway for business. We came up to pick him up and back to Fayetteville. The service the next morning for breakfast was not the best. We came through the elevator and the front desk clerk did not even speak and its hard to miss 2 adults and 3 kids getting off the elevator right in front of the service desk. Anyway, the breakfast food is okay, but wasn't what I thought it would be or could have been. I was not expecting a 5 star or 5 course breakfast meal; but Microtel is not cheap either. Quality Inn's breakfast menu is way better!
So, then about 2 weeks past and he is at another motel in Conway and on Wednesday, March 13,2012 my husband setup a reservation for the next day on Thursday. Candy(manager-training) was supposed to get my husband a good room rate special, BUT would call him back to CONFIRM and the reservation. She asked my husband was info still the same on file, of course at the time my husband just said yes it. So, he never got the call back and called several time more for Candy and she was always busy. So, he just stayed at the motel he was at and then we gets home on Saturday, March 17, 2012 and then we check on back account on Suday, March 18, 2012 and charge is pending from Microtel for Thursday and my husband never said. I called him all day Thursday from the room he stayed in at America's Best, so how was he still charged? Candy claimed even if you DON'T call and cancel a reservation by 6pm; you will get charged ANYWAY! How was my husband supposed to know that if know no one told him?? We called back 2 days in on row the next week to get the charge credited back to our account. She MIGHT not even do it, b/c I was rude to her front desk staff. My husband told Candy we apologized for getting loud with her; but we never cursed Ali, the front desk girl out or anything disrespectful. We were agitated and confused about a charge to a room no one even stayed in. Before I could get another word in; she hung the phone up in my face Candy Never apologized about explaining the policy procedures or sounded empathetic. She tried to make it seem like she was doing us a favor!!
When she heard me tell my husband to ask for Corporate info and number, she says they don't need to get involved and she would refund us the money back. The Conway location is NOT representing Microtel Inn in its best light and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you stay or make a reservation, be sure to cancel it if you change your mind about staying with them, because you will be charged!!

Provided by YP.comThe night auditor they have there named Celeste is selling and doing drugs from the front desk and her room. She constantly has people in and out and made threats against past customers. She has herself and 5 kids living in her room with her plus two animals so if this is the type of service you rpovide then we will go elsewhere in the future
