I lived there a year before moving out of the state. Park Ridge was a great place to live! Nice workout room, pool was always clean & had a playground for the kids. Management was Awesome!!..always there if I needed them. Never heard my neighbors; was always quiet. Location was great too! In all, I give the rating a 10! Couldn't have asked for a better place to live.

Park Ridge is a decent appartment complex. Right now there is a lot of construction around it. Unfortunately, in my opinion the complex is going down hill. You can never get ahold of management. The majority of the people who live there do not keep up with their trash. The nice thing about the complex was it was small and quiet, and with the expansion, you loose those qualities. But you do get your money's worth of space. It has a playground, a decent pool, and a workout center. But like I said, you can never get ahold of management to even veiw the property.
