My family has taken voice, piano, and guitar lessons from PPS since they opened and we've loved it. The instructors are very knowledgeable and tailor the lessons to what you want to learn. Have had my Taylor serviced there, as well as our electric bass and guitars repaired and had nothing but great work done each time. Never had to make an appointment, just dropped off my gear and picked it up within a day or so.

This place sucks. You have to make appointments and there instrument techs and Luther aren't even really what they say they are. Don't waste your time here. Find a place with real skilled staff and no appointments. Do you some searching there are much better places with betyet service out there. I would not recommend this place.
