I went there to get some highlights and a cut! I have dark hair so i askes for honey blonde highlights... the manager Natasha did my hair and it looks like LEPOARD SPOTS in my hair!!!!!! And she didnt even get close to the roots of my hair!! Which looks like it needs to be redone after the 2nd day! and they charged me 150.00 for highlights and cut!!! I WILL NEVER return there!!!! you guys save your money and go somewhere else!!!!!!!! I had to RATE them and there is no 0 cause they dont even deserve a 1!

There a rip off, I been in there twice, the first time I had Natasha she is a ok Hairdressor, just do not expect for them to color your regrowth under your hair, even if you specific about it & request a full instead of a partial, I had a haircut, low lights & highlights & was charge $100.00, I was given a coupon to take %50 off my next service for the next time I came in, my second time I had Amy & I had highlights & lowlights no haircut & I gave them the coupon & was charged $92.00, you do the math, does'nt make any sense to me, I still have tons of regrowth that was never colored, parts of my scalp looks horrible, when she foiled theres lots of parts where she did'nt even get close to my scalp & other areas where it looks like leopard spots, because the foiling was not done right.

They Over Charge and apparently they do not honor the coupons they give you, apparently it's away to get you to come back & rip people off.
