I would recommend them to anyone! They were very attentive to my family's needs and found the perfect place for us! They made the idea of moving not so bad.

Awful experience! They do not keep their property clean and all staff I dealt with was incompetent. Be very very careful, they will try to take your money. I will never rent from this company again!

The Maumelle location is in a FLOOD ZONE & has a loud train track in the backyard. The owner's response: "we're not legally obligated to tell you that." Maumelle fire department would agree.. do NOT move here!! You'll lose everything. My family is STILL trying to bounce back from this terrible decision. They are the true definition of SLUMLORDS!
